An order can only be associated with one postal address. If you wish to send several products from the same order to several addresses, you will have to create an order for each of the addresses concerned. We process and ship orders on business days from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are processed and shipped the following Monday or Tuesday, except holidays.

Orders placed on sampar.com can be delivered in metropolitan France and in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

We no longer deliver our products to Italy. Please visit our distributor website for any order to Italy at the following address: Finmark, https://www.finmarkshop.it/.

Once your order is prepared and shipped, it is delivered by COLISSIMO suivi in about 2-3 working days (France) and about 4-5 working days (Outside France).
If you are absent on the day of your delivery and if the size of your mailbox does not allow it, the postman will leave you a delivery notice which will allow you to collect your parcel at your usual post office for a maximum of 15 days (an identity document will be requested).
A piece of advice: have your parcel delivered to your workplace, there will always be someone to receive it!

You will be asked to contribute to the delivery costs for each order, at a rate of 5 euros for deliveries in metropolitan France and 8 euros for other countries. This participation in the delivery costs can be offered to you if you benefit from a promotional code, or if your order reaches 40€ of purchases (in metropolitan France) or 80€ of purchases (valid for other countries).

Any order placed on sampar.com may be subject to possible taxes and customs duties in countries such as Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Andorra and Monaco. These additional costs linked to the delivery of one of our products are the responsibility of the customer.
