An order can only be delivered to one postal address. If you wish to send several products from the same order to several addresses, you will need to create an order for each of the desired addresses. We process and dispatch orders on working days only, i.e. Monday to Friday, except public holidays.

Preparation time Preparation of your parcel before dispatch takes 1 to 2 working days. In exceptional cases, this time may be extended by one or two extra days during periods of very high demand (sales, Black Friday, end-of-year festivities).

Any order placed on sampar.com may be subject to possible taxes and customs duties in countries such as Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Andorra and Monaco. These additional costs related to the delivery of one of our products are the responsibility of the customer.
The Company shall not be liable in the event of loss, shipment to a wrong address or delay in delivery of a Product, if it can prove that such delay or loss is attributable to the Buyer, to the unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party or in the event of force majeure, as provided for in Article L. 221-15 of the French Consumer Code.
